To Our Members and Guests:
We are all missing our friends, co-workers, clients, and our normal daily and weekly routines. Things are uncertain to say the least. Although we are not yet allowed to open for normal business, we have been hosting weekly Blood Drives partnering with the Red Cross. These events have been extremely successful, they have been collecting over 100 pints every Wednesday. We have permission to open for these drives as the Governor imposed a special mandate for these necessary medical events. We were more than grateful to participate to give back to our community.
Moving forward operationally we will be implementing changes for the health and safety of our guests and staff. We still do not know how the state will mandate our re-opening and we will adhere to their requirements. Our sanitation practices and food handling will be treated at the highest level.
We ask our clients and staff if they are sick or feverish to please stay home, and we are establishing sick policies for our staff, so they will not suffer financially if they cannot work due to illness.
We have events booked and we are offering excellent pricing in our lounge and for our events, as we are all getting back on our feet. As soon as we can resume entertainment on Friday evenings, we have our favorite Disc Jockeys lined up and ready to go.
Everything is contingent upon regulations that will be imposed for us to slowly open. We will communicate to you via email and our Facebook page and Elks website, as soon as we have any information about our reopening.
The sales office is open so please call If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 207-773-6939 ext 301 or 207-838-4386.
